In so many ways, I'm still a neophyte to the coffee business. In both the dive industry and in tech, I always fostered key wholesale clients as valuable R&D assets. Now that I'm on the other side of the equation in a new industry, I see the importance of both advancing my own and my staff's knowledge-- and of contributing to the larger picture of how we all are building new business models around a different approach to coffee. (Actually, as I sit here enjoying an amazing cup of Hong Yue, I'm also hoping that you unleash Palas to organize an ETW in China or Taiwan...) Absolutely!
