		<description>Well Said Doug, and well done in your chairmanship. A good indication of the job you have done, is to stop and look, is the organization in better shape then when you took over. I think everyone will agree the WBC is incredibly strong vibrant body moving onwards and upwards, and much of this due to its leadership.</description>
